That looks so good! The poses and anatomy and the hands are so well done! Also the colouring looks very fine! You are certainly improving! As for critique I can only say all their eyes are exactly the same shape and the shape of the hair could use some work to make it look more like hair so to say ^^ (mostly just the hair on the forehead) other than that I love it very much!
